Service Policy
You will need to bring the desktop AND/OR laptop that is being serviced as well as any required software or hardware.
DO NOT forget to bring your power brick/cord.
We will provide our own keyboard, mouse and monitor.
You MUST provide the items that you wish to be installed.
We can only install hardware or software that you have purchased in advance.
We will not begin work until we have received all of the items.
If there are any items remaining from the installation or removal, you MUST inform us if you wish to retain them.
If it is discovered that we need to do more than what was quoted, we will ask for permission before proceeding.
We guarantee our work for 30 days from completion.
We CANNOT service cellular devices or computers that are not meant to be modified, such as netbooks or tablets.
We CANNOT service handheld or television video game consoles.
We CANNOT perform component repairs.
We CANNOT perform in-person, remote site services.
We reserve the right to change prices and refuse service without notice.
